Keith Kramer

Director of Information Systems, TIRME. Mr. Kramer is a graduate of Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas. He attended school at Birbeck College at the University of London, and the Polytechnic of Central London. He also graduated with honors in computer programming from Airco Computer Learning Center in Houston, Texas. He was previously employed with Electronic Data Systems in Dallas, Continental Airlines in Houston and Medical Microcomputing in Houston. He has served muliple consecutive terms as a board member for the Houston Vintage Radio Association (HVRA) and is their computer consultant and original webmaster.
